School Age Policy Framework Service Delivery System
The School Age Policy Framework (SAPF) service delivery system operationalizez a vision set forth by County Chair Linn
to serve more children and families with diminished goverment resources. Resources delivered by the SAPF service delivery
model meet youth and families where they reside: their schools, their cultural communities, and their neighborhoods.
